&lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt; katabolisme: decomposition process food into energy, which occurs in the process of cell resperation &lt;/ li&gt; &lt;li&gt; anabolisme: to forming an organic complex process that comes from a more simple &lt;/ li&gt; &lt;/ ul &gt; food that we eat every day can not directly be used as energy, but the process still needs to be used by the body.&lt;br /&gt;food that contains, among others, is the energy, carbohydrate, fat and protein&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;below is the process of carbohydrate metabolism, fat and protein. so that the energy there is in it can be used by the body.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt; &lt;li&gt; carbohydrate metabolism &lt;/ li&gt; &lt;/ ol&gt; from food that contains carbohydrate in a glukose change through the digestive process. proceed with the next &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;
